主要功能和（hé）特點：
Main Structure Features:
鋼板焊接機身，組合式框架結構；JB31-250A及以下噸位（wèi）為整（zhěng）體結（jié）構機身
Detachable steel welded frame with high rigidity except JB31-250A and JD31-160
滑塊超長（zhǎng）導軌導向，導向精度高；
The cam-block is guided in super long guide rail with high guiding precision
幹式氣動分體式離合器製動器，結合、製動力大，壽命（mìng）長、安全可靠、維修方便
Part revolusion pneumatic friction clutch and brake , with large braking torque, long service life, low noise and convenient for maintenance
液壓過載保護裝置，過載自動（dòng）緊急停車，保護壓力機及模具的安全
Hydraulic overload protection device and overload automatic emergency stop, protect press and mold safety
JD31-500及以下噸位壓力機為機動濃油潤滑，JD31-630B及以上噸位（wèi）壓力機為（wéi）全自動集中稀油（yóu）潤滑（huá）；
JD31-500 and press of lower tonnage adopt mobiles concentrated oil lubrication, while JD31-630B and press of above tonnage adopts all-automatic collective thin oil lubrication;
裝模高（gāo）度電動調整，數字（zì）顯示，調模（mó）方便

PLC 電氣控製，具有急停、寸動、單次、連續操作規（guī）範
