主要功能和（hé）特點：
Main Structure Features:
采用整體鋼板焊接機身，保證（zhèng）機床有足夠高的剛度
Entire plate is welded to press frame, ensuring sufficient rigidness of it
傳動係統采用兩級或三級傳動，曲軸偏心式結構（gòu）
It has a two-stage or three-stage driving system with a crankshaft eccentric center structure
采用分體（tǐ）式（shì）幹式氣動摩擦離合器，慣量小、溫升低、壽命長、維（wéi）修（xiū）方便
Split dry pneumatic friction clutch is applied, characterized by small inertia, little temperature rise, long service life and easy maintenance
整機（jī）剛度相（xiàng）比普通（tōng）鍛造壓機有大幅的提（tí）高，滑塊行程大（dà），公稱力行程（chéng）大，適合（hé）各種溫鍛零件的鍛造
Compared with regular forging press, the rigidness of press has been greatly improved, with large stroke of cam block and nominal pressure, suitable for forging all kinds of warm forging parts
具有長（zhǎng）行程（chéng）和高剛度的機械下頂料裝置，特別適合長的“杯杆”形零件的鍛造，例如等速萬向聯軸節的溫鍛
Mechanical below feeding device long stroke, high stiffness, very suitable for long "cup" shaped parts forging, for example, constant temperature universal joint warm forging.
主電機采用變頻調速電機，以合適的滑塊（kuài）速度進行（háng）鍛（duàn）造（zào），同（tóng）時為低速調模提供了方（fāng）便
Main electric machine uses electric machine of frequency control of motor speed, forged with suitable cam block speed, providing convenience for adjusting mold
滑塊（kuài）運動精度高（gāo），具（jù）有解悶車功能（néng）
Cam block moves in high precision, with function of dismissing shutdown
濃油強製自動定時定量（liàng）潤滑係統，保證機床有充足的（de）潤滑
Concentrated oil gives mandatory automatic lubrication to system regularly and in fixed quantity, guaranteeing sufficient lubrication to machine tool
整機采用PLC集中控製（zhì），設有噸位儀、軸溫檢測等多種安全措施，保障壓力機的運（yùn）行安（ān）全
Entire press is under centralized control of PLC, with multiple safety measures of tonnage meter and axis temperature testing, ensuring operation safety of the press
